- 1 Pound Sausage
- ½ Pound Velveeta Cheese
- 2 packages Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 Cans of Ro-Tel Tomatoes
- Brown the sausage in a pan to drain off the fat.
- Put all the ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with chips to dip!
