- 4 Cups Coconut Water
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Lime
- 2 Tablespoons Mint
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 10-15 Edible Flowers
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon and lime and place the freshly squeezed juice in a blender with the coconut water, mint and honey. Pulse until combined.
- Place 2-3 edible flowers per popsicle into a popsicle mold and pour the juice inside. Secure the popsicle sticks and the lid.
- Freeze for up to 5 hours or until the pops are frozen solid.
- Remove from the molds and give to mom!
