We absolutely adore Katie Harrington’s recipe for a Yogurt Parfait because you can buy all of the ingredients at your local farmer’s market (which is exactly what she does)! And just like her, we loved having this as our afternoon snack! It also works really well for breakfast, and it’s packed with protein, what more could you ask for? Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 Cup Organic Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • Honey to Taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Granola
  • Raspberries
  1. Begin by scooping yogurt into a glass or a bowl; it should take up about an inch at the bottom of the glass. We recommend using a clear glass for this recipe -- it’s so much more fun when you can see all of the delicious layers!
  2. Next up, create layer of raspberries and then top the raspberries with a layer of granola. Pour some honey onto the granola, and continue this layering process until the glass is full.
  3. Garnish with more honey, and dig in with a spoon!
