Turkey Tacos

Her littles get to help prepare Turkey Tacos (which are healthy and delicious) and they all have so much fun in the kitchen together. Turkey Tacos

prep time: 45 Minutes yields 4 servings


  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 2 Yellow Peppers
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Head Lettuce
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Your Choice!)
  • Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Package Soft Tortilla Shells


1. Brush a medium skillet with olive oil and add ground turkey over medium heat. Allow to cook until the turkey is brown and cooked through.

2. While the turkey is cooking, slice up all of your veggies!

3. Remove the turkey from the heat and disperse the meat evenly onto your desired number of taco shells.

4. Add veggies, cheese and Greek yogurt.
