Shake things up a bit at the kid’s table by serving Turkey Meatballs instead of a traditional Thanksgiving turkey. Your little ones will thank you! To make these delicious meatballs you need 1 pound of ground turkey, ½ cup panko, 2 tablespoons finely chopped carrots, 2 tablespoons finely chopped zucchini, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, 1 large egg, 1 ½ tablespoons Italian seasoning, olive oil, and 15 oz. chicken broth. Turkey-Meatballs-Ingredients Using your hands, mix the ground turkey, panko, zucchini, onions, eggs, carrots, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste. Once the meatballs begin to brown, add in ¼ cup chicken broth.
