Kerry June Davis loves to travel with her family, so this RAD Mom knows a thing or two about feeding littles on the go. And while she loves feeding her kiddos acai bowls, they can be a bit messy and not practical for travel. That’s why she transformed this healthy breakfast into a Strawberry Acai Smoothie. She knows her boys will eat it and they’ll be getting plenty of fruits, overall a win-win! We gave our favorite little taste tester, Zelda her first Strawberry Acai Smoothie and let’s just say she was all smiles. Do you have a favorite smoothie to feed your little babes? SUPPLIES
- Prep time: 10min
- Yield: 2-4 smoothies
- 4-6 Pure Acai Smoothie Packs
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 2 Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Serve to littles for breakfast!
