Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 3/4 Cups Bisquick
- Sour cream- 1/2 cup
- 2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
- 1 Cup Cherub Tomatoes
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Black Olives, Optional (We used and it was delish!)
- Green Chilies, Optional (Not in the original recipe but we had on hand and was so good!)
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together until well mixed. Then add in biscuit mix, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- On the skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Once finished, drain the beef.
- Place beef in an even layer in the baking dish, then spread biscuit mix in an even layer on top of the beef.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake until the biscuit looks golden brown, around 20-25 minutes.
- Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool.
- We set the toppings out in individual little bowls so everyone could customize!
