Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Coconut Water
- 1 Cup of De-stemmed Kale Leaves
- 1 Cup of Frozen Mango or 1 Chopped Mango
- 1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice Cubes, Optional
Instructions
- Once you've got your ingredients pulled together, break out the blender. Throw everything in and blend until smooth.
- That's all there is to it! In under ten minutes you have a healthy, delicious shake that both you and your littles will love!
