Ingredients
- 6 Brioche Buns
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Eggs
- Strawberry Ice Cream
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Use a heart cookie cutter to cut each bun.
- In a bowl, mix together the cinnamon, melted butter and eggs.
- Dip the heart shaped bread into the mixture and coat thoroughly (but make sure it's not soggy) and then cook on a grill pan (or skillet) until lightly toasted.
- Sandwich a small scoop of ice cream between two slices, top with sprinkles, wrap in plastic wrap and allow the sandwiches to freeze for 1 hour.
- Serve to littles!
