Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Turkey
- 2 Red Peppers
- 2 Yellow Peppers
- 2 Green Peppers
- 5 Tomatoes
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Head Lettuce
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Your Choice!)
- Greek Yogurt
- 1 Package Soft Tortilla Shells
Instructions
- Brush a medium skillet with olive oil and add ground turkey over medium heat. Allow to cook until the turkey is brown and cooked through.
- While the turkey is cooking, slice up all of your veggies!
- Remove the turkey from the heat and disperse the meat evenly onto your desired number of taco shells.
- Add veggies, cheese and Greek yogurt.
- EAT & ENJOY!
