Today is definitely the hardest day of my diet! Eating healthy is a whole different game on the weekends. All I want to do is go out to eat! I was pretty excited about my omelette this morning, it’s the only time this week I’ve been allowed to eat cheese. What foods do you miss the most when you diet?
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with cheese
Snack: Smoothie – blend 25g, 1 apple, 50g blueberries, 50g blackberries, and a banana with water
Lunch: 90g tuna on 1 slice of whole wheat toast
Snack: 150g raw carrots and hummas
Dinner: 100g grilled salmon with broccoli, mushrooms, and 70g brown rice.
