While it’s still an adjustment, I’m almost over the three day hump (I’ve heard it’s much easier after day three, fingers crossed). It’s still hard for me to stay away from sugar, I’m really missing birthday cake Oreos! Today is definitely giving me my seafood fix, which I’m okay with! I love how quick and easy the smoothies are, they are the perfect thing to grab when I’m on the go! What’s your favorite food to grab n’ go when you’re trying to eat healthy?
