Kelly Felschow aka The Vintage Blonde sort of blew our minds when she sent over her recipe for Pineapple Whip. You can totally pass it off as ice cream – your littles will never taste the difference! Ready for the mind blowing part we mentioned? It’s made with 3 ingredients and a blender. This alone qualifies her for the RAD mom’s club, right?

Pineapple Whip
  • Prep time: 1h
ingredients
  • 2 Cups Pineapple, Cubed
  • 1 Banana, Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
instructions
  1. Cut pineapple slices into small cubes and slice a banana into coins.
  2. Place the fruit on a sheet of wax paper and freeze.
  3. Once frozen, put the pineapple, banana and almond milk into the blender on high speed. Maintain the frosty thickness by adding as little liquid as possible, but if you find you need to add a little more go ahead and splash in more!
  4. Pour into a cup, garnish with fruit and serve this healthy dessert.
