PBJ Sushi Roll-Ups are a fun alternative to a traditional sandwich, and are the perfect size to put in a Bento box! Your little will love this special lunch, customized just for them. To make the “sushi” you need wheat bread, grape jelly, and peanut butter.

PBJ-Sushi

Begin by cutting the crusts off the bread, and then flatten each slice with a rolling pin. Next, use a knife to spread on the peanut butter and the jelly. Don’t use too much, you don’t want to overload your roll or it will be very messy! Next, use your fingers to roll up the bread, and then slice each roll into four pieces.

Place the “sushi” rolls in a lunch box and send them to school with your little!
