This PBJ Smoothie instantly put a smile on my face. It tastes EXACTLY like the sandwich — it’s sort of shocking how delicious it is. To make it you need 1 cup skim milk, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup frozen strawberries, and 1 cup ice.
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process until combined (it should be a smooth texture). Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with a strawberry, and enjoy this delicious treat outside!
