I resisted the urge to start shopping for coats a month or two ago, but now I feel like I need to face the facts. The days are shorter and the mornings can be downright chilly, especially in the shade of tall buildings! Plus, I keep seeing everyone in all of these cute, oversized coats that just look so cozy. I pulled three of my favorite styles and ways to wear them if you need a little help. The shape is classic which makes the coat work in your wardrobe no matter what your personal style happens to be. Usually I tend to gravitate toward all black, but that red coat is calling my name!
BE BRIGHT
I love this all black look topped with a bright red coat. The pop of color is perfect for gray days because it’s an instant mood enhancer! If you need a heavier duty winter boot you can easily swap your shoes.

Thanks babe! It’s so important once we find the strength within ourselves to share and take back control. For me it took nearly 20 years so it’s not something that happens overnight but I think when we all start to share it makes it easier for everyone to share their story. It’s a conversation that needs to be normalized and victim shaming needs to STOP! Adore you! XO

I want to thank you for sharing your truth through all you endured as a child, no less. You are very strong, caring, and powerful voice whose words will touch so many. It’s my greatest hope to help bring an end to the millions of #metoo in our world by changing stopping the statute of limitations on child and adult sex crimes. For our children and future generations this must come to an end and I ask you to join us in our mission.

I appreciate you sharing your experiences. I agree that it is a “conversation that needs to be normalized and victim shaming must stop” as you wrote. I don’t know any women who have never had a #metoo experience of one sort or another which is so disheartening, but I’m glad it’s coming out. As parents, with all that is available with the internet, social media and texting, it is even more complicated and of monumental importance that do better by our children.
Just found your site and love what you’re creating!!

I couldn’t agree more. The digital age that we are raising our children in is extremely scary and it’s our responsibility to always do the best by our children. So happy you discovered the site and appreciate you taking the time to share with me! Hope you have an awesome weekend!
