Mini Pumpkin Pies
  • Premade Mini Tart Shells
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 5 oz. Evaporated Milk
  • Cool Whip
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine salt, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, egg, pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Stir to combine until smooth.
  3. lace the mini tart shells on the parchment paper and use a small spoon to pour the mixture in each shell. Place in the oven and allow to bake for 15 minutes or until the shells turn golden brown and the filling is set.
  4. Top with Cool Whip, EAT & ENJOY!
