Does your little babe love being your little helper in the kitchen? Mini Pizza Cups are an ideal after school snack that they will love making (and eating) with you! To create mini pizza cups you need olive oil, Grand’s biscuits, marinara sauce, pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Begin by cutting the Grand’s dough pieces in half and then rolling them into small balls. Using your palm, flatten the dough balls. Brush a cupcake tin with olive oil and place the flattened dough in each cup, making sure that the dough covers the sides (as much as it can). Place a pepperoni on top of the dough, in the bottom of each cup, this will keep the bottom from getting soggy. Next, place one small spoonful of marinara in each cup and top with mozzarella cheese and a pepperoni. Bake the cups for 17-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool and remove from the cupcake tin. Enjoy with your little babes!
