A delicious and healthy shake recipe is great to have on hand in times of need, and we’re big fans of Angelica Calad‘s favorite Mango Shake that she discovered in the Oh She Glows Cookbook. We love this because it great for all you mamas out there who need fuel fast and on the go, and it’s also a tasty way to get your babes to eat their fruits and veggies! Mango Shake
  • Prep time: 5min
ingredients
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup of De-stemmed Kale Leaves
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Mango or 1 Chopped Mango
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice Cubes, Optional
instructions
  1. Once you've got your ingredients pulled together, break out the blender. Throw everything in and blend until smooth.
  2. That's all there is to it! In under ten minutes you have a healthy, delicious shake that both you and your littles will love!
