Mac N’ Cheese Cupcakes are the perfect way to get your little ones to eat their veggies! They are also packed with protein and are a fun recipe to make with your babes. You need cooking spray, 2 cups panko, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 8 ounces ground turkey, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 8 ounces pasta shells, 2 cups grated Parmesan,1 ½ cups grated white cheddar, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, and 2 cups chopped frozen broccoli. Mac-n-Cheese-Cupcakes Begin by heating the oven to 375 degrees. Next, line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners and spray with cooking spray. Heat the oven to 375 degrees and coat the liners with panko, set aside. Place olive oil in a skillet and cook the ground turkey on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper; flipping the meat over frequently until cooked through. Cover and set aside.
