Father’s Day is just a few short weeks away, so if you haven’t already, it’s time to start thinking about what to get dad! I’m a big fan of customization, so what I like to do is find him something he’s sure to love and get plenty of use out of, and add an extra touch so it feels like it’s made just for him.
Zazzle is the perfect place to shop for gifts that dad will love, and you’ll love how easy shopping will be. It’s a win-win! Speaking of winning, I’m giving away a $100 Zazzle gift card so that you can make all of dad’s Father’s Day gift wishes come true!
Just comment below and tell me what your dad means to you for the chance to win! Must be 18 years or older to enter and a U.S. resident. Contests ends 6/11/15 at 12pm CST. This giveaway is now CLOSED. Thank you to everyone who entered!
Shop for the Food Lover: Custom Apron / Custom Hot Sauce / Custom Cutting Board
If you dad’s favorite room is the kitchen (or maybe the patio, if he’s all about his grill!), then get him something he uses all the time. For the guy who’s always trying new sauces and marinades, the Chipotle Adobo Hot Sauce is what he needs.
If everyone in your house makes fun of the tattered old apron he’s had for ages, get him an upgrade that reflects what he’s always calling himself: The Grillmaster! That old wooden cutting board could probably use a replacement as well, so get him one like this that also functions as a serving tray.
Shop for the Stylish Dad: Custom T-Shirt / iPhone 6 Case / Monogram Tyvek Wallet
Is your dad always interested in the latest trends? Get him something that’s stylish and made just for him. A great t-shirt is an essential piece of any wardrobe, so start with that and customize it with a phrase that will make him smile. I’m really like “Best Dad Ever”. It’s classic and sure to bring a smile! There’s a pretty good chance his wallet will need an upgrade, so go with something like this. It’s durable, thin and lightweight. You can customize the front too!
No matter how much he tells you he doesn’t need a case for his phone, he does. This one has a good grip and help resists impact. The design has a wood inlay that shows off the wood grain pattern.
Shop for the Sports Guy: Golf Balls / Poker Chips / Gym Duffel Bag
Sports gear is always a great option. Personalized poker chips are something he’ll hold onto forever, and love bringing out for a game when his friends come over. They’re made of heavyweight clay, and you can put your own artwork on them.
Don’t let his duffel bag get lost in a sea of logos at the gym, give him a personalized one so his teammate doesn’t accidentally take his home! Custom golf balls are another surefire hit. You’ll bring a smile to his face every time he puts one on the tee.

My dad is the example I try to live my life by. My parents used to own a restaurant and growing up, I saw my dad work nearly 15 hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week to provide for us. From him, I learned what hard work meant and how to enjoy life even when it seems like all of the cards are stacked against you. He always made sure to spend every free moment he had with my sister and I. He taught me how to ride a bike, he practiced tennis with me, he took us to Wisconsin for a family vacation, he taught me how to make ravioli, all while probably exhausted. Family always comes first for my dad even he worked all day he came home with a smile. This is the precedent I live my life by and it is all thanks to my dad.

My Dad means LIFE to me. He is an extraordinary human-being who has taught me the beauty of not only life itself, but Existence. He has shown me how to appreciate the gift of life and all of its contents… good or bad. He has been an exceptional Father, guide, mentor, role model, protector & hero to me. He is the person who I feel the safest, most comfortable with in the entire world & can count/depend on him for anything & everything. He is someone I have learned good morals, values, standards, manners and virtues from. He is the realist, most genuine person I have ever known. He never lies, paints, or sugar coats anything… he is the real deal. My dad is a kind, noble man with an amazing heart. He truly is a humanitarian and the most modest, humble & down to earth person anyone could ever know. He IS and ALWAYS will be MY hero for all of Eternity

My dad is the true definition of selfless. When I was young, I hated my father because I could never understand why he left the five of us to move to Colombia. As I got older, I realized that in order to support us he had to be away from us. He didn’t like being away from us anymore than we liked it. However, back then, there weren’t many opportunities for immigrants over here- especially when you had a family of seven to support. So as much as he wanted to stay with us, he moved back to Colombia and would send money to my mom to keep a roof over our heads and take care of us. I only got to see him once a year (if I was lucky) my entire life, but I respect what he has done for our family so much. Unfortunately, I never really had the chance to bond with him as a kid. But, as an adult, I try to make up for lost time and look forward to our weekly calls and the few times we get to see each other. He will be traveling here at the end of June to meet my son for the first time and I couldn’t be more excited!

Unfortunately I don’t have a Dad around. But I wanted to tell you about my husband who has shown me what a Father really is. He is the most amazing, loving and hard working person I know. Throughout my whole life I never knew what a father was and I feel so lucky to have my husband be the father I always dreamed of for our son. I can’t wait to watch the bond they share for the rest of our lives, it melts my heart.
