Changing the Face of Beauty founder, Katie Driscoll knows a thing or two about spreading love. And while she spends her days as a photographer and advocate working to include those with disabilities in the media, she still finds some free time to bake with her littles (all SIX of them!). Sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious and that holds true for her super yummy and easy to make Sugar Cookies. We were seriously impressed (and thankful) at how easy these were to make. Normally when anything involves homemade dough we end up sweaty and covered in flour. So not the case with these cookies!
Painted with homemade frosting, everything about this recipe is delicious. And we haven’t even told you the best part – they’re gluten free! (But that doesn’t mean they’re healthy.) These are a staple in the Driscoll household and they love making them for others, reminding us that kindness is contagious. Who is your favorite person to make cookies for?
