We can totally appreciate a Chicago mama who likes to keep things simple in the kitchen. With a little who loves Guacamole, Emily Hard has her go-to guac recipe down to just 5 ingredients and you basically just combine them in a bowl and mash. Pretty easy, right?!
Guacamole
- Prep time: 10min
- Yield: 4-6 servings
ingredients
- 4 Large Avocados
- 1/4 Cup Minced Fresh Cilantro
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced (less if you don’t like as much garlic!)
- 1 Lime
- Salt & Pepper
instructions
- Remove the skin and pits from 4 large avocados and cut into cubes.
- Next, add the avocados, cilantro, minced garlic and fresh squeezed lime juice into a bowl and mash together.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve with crackers or chips!
