Grilled Cheese with Avocado & Bacon
1. Begin by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crisp, flipping occasionally. Remove from heat, cut each piece in half, and set aside.
2. Next, butter one side of two pieces of bread. Place one slice (butter side down) on a grill pan.
3. Sandwich the cooked bacon, avocado slices, and cheddar cheese between the other slice of bread (butter side up).
4. Cook on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until both sides of the bread are toasted and the cheese has melted.
5. Eat for lunch!
