A good water bottle is a must. I like this one because it filters your water for you, so you’re never without great tasting water (and therefore without an excuse not to hydrate!)
It’s not something we normally think about, but headphones get so gross, between working out and getting tossed into a gym bag. These are great because you can wash the headband and ear cushions, keeping them fresh! I also love that they come in so many great colors!
A good pair of shoes is important no matter how you’re working out. New Balance 811 Trainers feature super comfortable Cush + Midsole to give great support that won’t weigh your foot down. I just love how bright they are!
It’s difficult (and expensive) to drink a juice every day, even though they’re so good! That’s where ALOHA comes in. They have the good stuff in convenient packets, so you can have it wherever your day takes you! They also make a super versatile, tasty protein powder that you can mix into a shake, or even pancakes! It’s plant based, free of artificial ingredients and is non-GMO. It’s available in chocolate or vanilla blend.
I love Londo Mondo for stylish, comfy workout clothes that transition easily out of the gym. Now you don’t have to worry about looking cute during your post workout errands! They also carry a great selection of swimwear and jeans.

Good Morning and the Happiest New Year to ALL!
Since I’ve made my 56th Birthday soon to be 57 this year, my most favorite way to get fit and to stay fit is lots of Dancing, particularly “North African Egyptian” Belly Dance Style along with lots of walking, Zumba, and Aqua Aerobics. I believe that a Body that does not move will stop working 🙂 so keep moving ladies. Looking forward to hearing from you :)! Thank you and have a Great Day!

I love hula hooping for fitness. In fact, I teach adults and children how to hula hoop and learn fun tricks with hula hooping. You’d be surprised the different muscles you engage in hula hooping.

Hi, what I love to do and need to do every day is the nordictrack, it’s a great stress reducer, However this year I planing on venturing out, (I really do need to change it up a little bit) I’m going to add either a Zumba or Jazzersize class to my routine.

Think Positive! Get off the couch and move! You have to be willing to change your eating habits and daily activities. I use my Ipod to get me motivated, walking and cardio, and doing circuit workouts is my tip on staying fashionably fit!

The way I stay fashionably fit is by starting with the right outfit. Something I feel comfortable in while jogging on a treadmill or doing circuits and of course great music for motivation!

2015 for me is to continue in my journey of being a better me. If I was chosen the New Balance kicks would inspire me to work a little harder in my workouts. The headphones would inspire me to move a little harder while listening to my tunes. The water filter bottle would assist me in replenishing my thirst & the Aloha products would assists me in being healthy. Here’s to the “Get Fit” Giveaway

Hi Corri- besides going to the gym and walking with the dogs I like getting little mini workouts in whenever I can. You can find me in the kitchen doing squats while making dinner, doing planks during commercials when watching tv, and running up and down my stairs just to get the heart rate up.

My best fitness regime included fitness circuit training at Alsip Park District. We all need muscles—and a good way to show them off is a colorful graphic sleeveless tee!

When it comes to getting fit there was always a bit of a struggle to get myself going! The best tip I could give to someone is find a buddy, my favorite thing to do is go on long power walks, when you walk with a friend you socialize and the time goes by faster! After an hour or so we grab a cup of coffee and go on with our day:) another thing I try and focus on is consistency. I’ve come so far with trying to stay and your blog along with recipes and such has very much helped and inspired me so thanks C!

My favorite way to stay fashionably fit is to prepare. Just like I do for work, I pick out my fitness clothes the night before. Having them laid out when I get home motivates me to put them right on and head to the gym.

My tip to staying fit is boxing and kickboxing! I’ve been a gym junkie for over 10 years now, and just needed a change to keep me interested and excited about going to the gym. Then I found a gym that allowed me to decrease my time at the gym, and get an overall amazing workout. Working out is the best medicine to make you feel better about yourself! And eating a healthy diet is hard to start but once you have it down, you’ll never want to go back! My motivation is to be happy with what I see in the mirror, not what others think of me! And a cute gym outfit always helps too!
