Gazpacho

- 2 ½ Cups Tomato Juice
- 1 Cup Tomatoes
- ½ Cup Celery
- ½ Cup Cucumber
- ½ Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- ½ Cup Green Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper
instructions
- Begin by peeling the tomatoes and removing all of the seeds.
- Next, finely chop all of the vegetables and herbs, and combine them in a large bowl.
- Add the juice, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator until chilled. Serve at your next outdoor soiree!
