Gazpacho

ingredients
  • 2 ½ Cups Tomato Juice
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Celery
  • ½ Cup Cucumber
  • ½ Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • ½ Cup Green Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper

  1. Begin by peeling the tomatoes and removing all of the seeds.
  2. Next, finely chop all of the vegetables and herbs, and combine them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the juice, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
  4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator until chilled. Serve at your next outdoor soiree!
