Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps is an ideal after school snack. This is something you can make in advance and store it in the fridge! To make it you need 1 kiwi, 1 golden delicious apple, 1 container raspberries, 8 strawberries, 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, flour tortillas, cooking spray, and cinnamon sugar. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the flour tortillas into triangles and arrange on the baking sheet. Spray one side of the triangles with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until the tortilla triangles are crisp. Remove from the oven and set aside. In a large bowl, combine chopped apples, peeled and chopped kiwi, chopped strawberries, raspberries, 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons fruit preserves. Once combined, place the mixture in the fridge for approximately 15 minutes and allow it to chill. Once chilled, serve the fruit salsa with the cinnamon crisps!
