Post Baby Diet Day 5

I have to admit I’ve been looking forward to this day of my diet the most because I get barbecue chicken kebabs for dinner! Since I’m combining this diet with two days of exercise per week it’s important for me to get protein every day. Part of my workout consists of lifting weights, which means I’m burning calories for up to 39 hours after my workout is over. How great is that?! What’s your favorite way to burn calories?

Breakfast: 45g oats with 300ml skim milk and 1 tsp honey

Oatmeal

Snack: Cranberries and mixed nuts

Lunch: 1 can of tuna with veggies and 1 low-fat yogurt

Snack: Smoothie – blend 25g whey protein, 1 apple, 50g blueberries, 50g blackberries, and water

Dinner: 120g barbecue chicken kebabs with peppers and 70g brown rice
