Gwyneth Paltrow’s recipe for Thai-Style Chicken Burgers is out of this world! In her newest book, It’s All Good, she recommends serving these on a bed of greens or on a gluten-free bun. To make them you need 1 pound ground chicken, 2 garlic cloves (minced), 2/3 cups cilantro (chopped), 2 shallots (minced), 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 2 teaspoons fish sauce, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, and 2 tablespoons canola oil.
Begin by mixing the chicken with the garlic, cilantro, shallots, red chili, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Next, form the mixture into 4 burgers.
Brush canola oil on a grill pan and cook the burgers over medium heat. Cook the first side of the burger for about 8 minutes and then flip; cook for another 5 minutes. Serve for dinner!
