This sandwich contains all of my favorite things – bacon, cheese, and avocado. You literally cannot mess this up.
Grilled Cheese with Avocado & Bacon

ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 Strips of Bacon
- 3 Avocado Slices
- 2 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- Olive Oil
- 2 Slices Wheat Bread
instructions
- Begin by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crisp, flipping occasionally. Remove from heat, cut each piece in half, and set aside.
- Next, butter one side of two pieces of bread. Place one slice (butter side down) on a grill pan.
- Sandwich the cooked bacon, avocado slices, and cheddar cheese between the other slice of bread (butter side up).
- Cook on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until both sides of the bread are toasted and the cheese has melted.
- Eat for lunch!
