Carrot Crinkle Fries

Starting a New Year often comes with a ton of resolutions and I’m sure eating healthier is always somewhere near the top of everyone’s list. But that doesn’t mean what you’re eating shouldn’t be delicious! Enter Crinkle Carrot Fries. This healthy and delicious little snack is so yummy you (and your littles) won’t even notice you’re eating veggies!




Carrot Crinkle Fries

prep time: 30 minutes yields 4-6 servings


  • 1 Pound Carrots
  • ¼ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt


1. Preaheat the oven to 400 degrees. Peel carrots and slice them with a crinkle cutter.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush the carrots with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle with thyme and salt.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until you reach your desired level of crispyness.
