SUPPLIES

Floral Popsicles
  • Prep Time: 5-6 hours
  • Yields: 6-8 Popsicles
ingredients
  • 4 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Tablespoons Mint
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 10-15 Edible Flowers
instructions

1. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and lime and place the freshly squeezed juice in a blender with the coconut water, mint and honey. Pulse until combined.
2. Place 2-3 edible flowers per popsicle into a popsicle mold and pour the juice inside. Secure the popsicle sticks and the lid.
3. Freeze for up to 5 hours or until the pops are frozen solid.
4. Remove from the molds and give to mom!
