Texture is going to be a staple this year and what better way to add movement to your wardrobe than with a little bit of fringe? Just be careful not to overdo it!
Art meets fashion is a theme seen throughout the spring 2014 runways (look to Chanel for some serious inspiration). Be ready to go bold.
A softer hue taking over this year is blush pink. This super feminine color pairs well with gold, silver, and soft grey.

Clean your closet in phases so that it doesn’t overwhelm you. I find it helpful to keep a tote in my closet. That way when I notice I’m not wearing something anymore I can toss it the tote. When the tote is full I bring it to eDrop-Off to consign or you can schedule your FREE Nationwide Pickup. Remember, if you’re not wearing an item it shouldn’t be in your closet!

Go au natural this year. Models were seen all over spring runways wearing nothing but a touch of concealer. Embrace your natural beauty!
Rebel liner is a must for 2014 at night. Line the top and bottom lid with a gel or liquid liner. Just be careful, you don’t want to end up looking like a raccoon.
Stray away from a tradition red lip and try an orange pout. This is the perfect pop of warmth.

Try a few sessions with a personal trainer to get your work out groove back.
The Dailey Method will kick your butt! These group exercise classes combine ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga, and orthopedic exercises.
On a budget? Check out Nike on Michigan Avenue. Starting in late January they will be offering FREE work out classes.
Vitamize-Your-Diet-Post
Replace your normal snacks with healthier options! My favorite snack is Apple Slices With Peanut Butter, Granola, & Dark Chocolate. Eating a small amount of dark chocolate each week lowers blood pressure, increases blood flow to the brain, and is high in vitamins and minerals. Some of my other favorite healthy snacks are Quinoa With Raisins & Pine Nuts, Spicy Yogurt Hummus Dip, and Bacon & Tomato Lettuce Wraps.
Start taking probiotic vitamins! Probiotics are the “good” bacteria that live in your gut and they play a HUGE role in your overall health and how you feel. They help boost your immune system, aide in digestion, and help your body consume bad bacteria.
Drinking tea allows your body to absorb vitamins C and E. These vitamins help your body produce collagen, repair tissue, maintain the health of your cells, protect against damage by free radicals, and help your body absorb other nutrients.
