The new year means a new you! Take charge with these fashionable resolutions.
Texture is going to be a staple this year and what better way to add movement to your wardrobe than with a little bit of fringe? Just be careful not to overdo it!
Art meets fashion is a theme seen throughout the spring 2014 runways (look to Chanel for some serious inspiration). Be ready to go bold.
A softer hue taking over this year is blush pink. This super feminine color pairs well with gold, silver, and soft grey.
Clean your closet in phases so that it doesn’t overwhelm you. I find it helpful to keep a tote in my closet. That way when I notice I’m not wearing something anymore I can toss it the tote. When the tote is full I bring it to eDrop-Off to consign or you can schedule your FREE Nationwide Pickup. Remember, if you’re not wearing an item it shouldn’t be in your closet!
Go au natural this year. Models were seen all over spring runways wearing nothing but a touch of concealer. Embrace your natural beauty!
Rebel liner is a must for 2014 at night. Line the top and bottom lid with a gel or liquid liner. Just be careful, you don’t want to end up looking like a raccoon.
Stray away from a tradition red lip and try an orange pout. This is the perfect pop of warmth.
Try a few sessions with a personal trainer to get your work out groove back.
The Dailey Method will kick your butt! These group exercise classes combine ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga, and orthopedic exercises.
On a budget? Check out Nike on Michigan Avenue. Starting in late January they will be offering FREE work out classes.
Replace your normal snacks with healthier options! My favorite snack is Apple Slices With Peanut Butter, Granola, & Dark Chocolate. Eating a small amount of dark chocolate each week lowers blood pressure, increases blood flow to the brain, and is high in vitamins and minerals. Some of my other favorite healthy snacks are Quinoa With Raisins & Pine Nuts, Spicy Yogurt Hummus Dip, and Bacon & Tomato Lettuce Wraps.
Start taking probiotic vitamins! Probiotics are the “good” bacteria that live in your gut and they play a HUGE role in your overall health and how you feel. They help boost your immune system, aide in digestion, and help your body consume bad bacteria.
Drinking tea allows your body to absorb vitamins C and E. These vitamins help your body produce collagen, repair tissue, maintain the health of your cells, protect against damage by free radicals, and help your body absorb other nutrients.

I think I’ve spent 45 minutes “expertly” blowdrying my hair only to have it immediately deflate one too many times…. I’d love to learn how to make my bounce last a little longer. I’m pretty utilitarian when it comes to salons (get in, get out), so a pampering blowout sounds like heaven!

I walked past this the other day and thought it would be so awesome to feel positive about myself again. I lost my job and am trying to find a new one. This is a great way for me to feel ready for that last minute interview opportunity. Fingers crossed for the job and the “do”! Thanks, Corri.

I’m almost done with my first trimester of my pregnancy and it would be great to get a little pick me up. I haven’t been too sick but just haven’t felt like myself in a while. This would be perfect! Thanks!

Super long hair plus winter…usually I can get away with beachy natural waves but when it’s below zero, I definitely don’t want Haircicles!

I recently donated my hair around Thanksgiving time in support of my aunt who is battling cancer. I still have quite a bit of length (hits right above my armpit), but I just can’t seem to be able to style it! Not sure if it is the cut or my skills, but a blow out would be a great help in showing me how to work with the new do!

I just found out I’m pregnant and I want to look fabulous when we do our baby announcement to the family! We’re hoping to capture the families reaction on video (new years resolution to do more videos than photos this year) so it’d be great to have beautiful bouncy hair for our footage! 🙂 Btw, hope I look as good as you in 14 weeks!

I would LOVE a blow dry! My hair has been in a funk lately and it doesn’t ever look good when it air dries. I’m terrible at blow drying my own hair–I almost never do. But I love the look when it’s done well!
Stephanie
Their dry shampoo smells amazing, seriously the best I’ve ever used. I could use a blowout bc I need to figure out how to preserve these suckers for more than 2 days-between bed head and gym visits, something’s gotta save these locks.
Katie
I know I’m stressed with work when I don’t have time to do my hair. This is exactly what I need with four back to back events, alternating between East and West Coast! (Thank goodness drybar is everywhere!) It will be nice, especially in the blahs of winter, when I have so much on my mind to take a few minutes of me time and have one less thing to worry about. Blowouts were made for us working women on the go!

I am the mother of 3 little boys…need I say more? But I think Katie N. deserves/needs it more…what an AWESOME thing for her aunt!
Tiffany
I just got a new cut and can’t figure out how to blow it out properly. And in this weather, I only wash my hair a few times a week so it doesn’t dry out. A blow-out would save my week and let me look fabulous!

Oh Corri! You can relate.. In my second trimester now and this baby is kicking my butt! So tired and little to no energy to keep up a beauty regimine! So so so exhausted all the time! It would be nice to up my preggo street cred with a fresh blow out! Watch out mommas here I come!

Next weekend will be one year of a huge surgery I worked hard to be able to qualify for and I am going out to celebrate and would love to look as fabulous as possible!

I don’t deserve this freebie nearly as much as these other gals but I do have Drybar’s dry shampoo and it’s the best dry shampoo I’ve ever used. Perfect for workout chicks like me that have their hair processed every six weeks and sweat it out 3-4 times a week. Helps conserve my hair and the color using their dry shampoo. Love Drybar!! So in short I would love a free blow out from Drybar.

I would love to get my hair styled, so busy with two kids! I other to style my hair!

Winter really has me in a funk and it’s made me realize that I need to take better care of myself. I’ve been working out, eating healthier and trying to make time for me. I would love to have my curly hair turned straight for a day. It would make me feel beautiful : ) Thanks for the giveaway, Corri : )

Running around all day with clients showing properties in this weather it is almost impossible to keep it looking fresh. A blowout would do the trick!

Because it’s snowing again in Chicago. My first winter here (last year) was a tease! false advertising Chicago! 😉

A fresh look during the winter is a must!

I recently got a new ombre dye job, but need a new style to match it! I would love to try a blowout at Drybar and get some inspiration for a new do’. It would be the perfect treat before a dinner party or a night out with friends. Even if I don’t win the giveaway, I’m definitely hoping to try out Drybar in the near future!
