We could all use more energy, and when it comes in the form of peanut butter and chocolate Zelda and I are both on board (don’t worry there’s healthy stuff in this recipe too!). Founder of Mia Bossi Janet Mandell is the mama on the go who shared the recipe for Energy Bites with us and we’re totally hooked! These no bake concoctions are our new favorite mid-afternoon snack and they give Zelda all the energy she needs to hit the playroom hard.
Energy Bites
ingredients
- 1 Cup Dry Oatmeal
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Ground Flaxseed
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
instructions
- Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Roll into bite size balls and then refrigerate to set.
