Over a decade ago, this mom sat in college and drummed up the business plan that would later revolutionize a concept we are all familiar with today, luxury consignment.  As the owner and founder of eDrop-Off Luxury Consignment, this Rad Mom paved the way for hundreds of companies today and is still one of the industry leaders, appearing in publications including Entrepreneur Magazine, WWD, Elle and People, along with TV appearances on Entertainment Tonight, The Today Show and The Steve Harvey Show.zelda-loves-corriOk, enough business talk because this mom is also the founder of our very own Glitter and Bubbles!  After having her daughter Zelda, Corri made a plan to shake up another industry and this one involved gathering her “Rad Mom” friends and launching a lifestyle site that would incorporate the brands she loved, recipes she swears by and DIYs that she loves to make.
She also took her love for events and rolled out a “Mom’s Crew” to gather the coolest women on a monthly basis to do unique activities in and around the city.  And let’s not forget the “Rad Mom” friends she gathered from her favorite cities outside of Chicago.  These enviable women are cool friends, successful entrepreneurs, and moms with great style.  What a mom and what a sweet crew!

Little’s Name & Age: Zelda, 18 Months
Top Beauty Product You Must Have as a Mom: A makeup artist friend (and fellow mom), turned me onto Clé de Peau Beauté Gentle Nourishing Emulsion when Zelda was first born and I was horribly sleep deprived.  I honestly think it’s an overnight miracle worker. And hello bright eyes!  Clé de Peau Beauté Intensive Eye Contour Cream is another miracle worker recommended by my makeup friend Rachel McQuen, it gives me an instant “I had 8-hours of sleep” look. I wipe away my winter blues (literally) with life-saving Tan Towels.  In the colder months, I would be translucent without these.
Favorite Lipstick Color: I love to switch between reds and pinks, but a pop of color is always a must!  And every mom can relate to sunglasses and a bright lip when you have to make a quick run out without time to do a full face of makeup.  My go-to red color is Chanel Passion and for pink I love NYX Shocking Pink.
Top 3 Pieces Kids of Gear: I love my Orbit G3 Stroller, as it has easily taken us on and off of planes, trains and automobiles!  Next is Zelda’s tee-pee from The Land of Nod, there’s no easier way to create a magical play space than by popping this up in the middle of the living room.  Last but not least, we would be lost without the WubbaNub Pacifier, I have almost died saving this paci from being run over, left behind or worse…
Favorite Kids Clothing Brand: Definitely Peek Clothing, I live for their snuggly sweaters, cutie tee’s and skirts. For shoes it’s totally Dr. Martens. I love that Zelda can share in my teenage grunge phase, and they’re back in, which means I have never felt like a cooler (and tougher) mom.
Activity You Love To Do With Your Little: Taking pictures! With over 25,000 pics on my I-phone, I had to find an alternative picture taking source and I found the Godfather of cameras!  I take my Sony 6000 and Fuji x100t everywhere we go.
Your Secret Obsession When You Get an Hour to Yourself:  I catch up on my Real Housewives and Netflix…who doesn’t love a little shameless TV after you put the little to bed?!
Closet Staple That You Can’t Live Without: It sounds cliché but it has to be my Henry & Belle Denim because this brand seriously has enough styles that you can dress up for night and down for the playground.
Favorite Valentine’s Day Recipe:  This is more of a DIY than a recipe…but we’re passing out our favorite Fruit Loops Valentines to Zelda’s social circle (which is becoming bigger than mine!). Click here to see how we’re making them.
