It goes without saying that things can get completely crazy around the holidays. Between Christmas shopping, holiday parties and squeezing in some coveted family time, it always helps to have a simple dessert recipe in my back pocket. Chocolate Spoons are my go-to when I need to whip something up quickly. This three step recipe is always an instant hit, among kids and adults, and spreads so much holiday cheer! It’s also the perfect accompaniment to a delicious cup of hot cocoa (stay tuned, we have an awesome Crock Pot hot chocolate recipe coming next week!).
Baker’s chocolate is a must when making chocolate spoons. Don’t try to use any other chocolate, it won’t set the same and will turn out lumpy – and who wants to eat lumpy chocolate? No one. What’s your quickest holiday recipe?
