These delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies are crunchy on the edges and soft in the middle! I absolutely adore making cookies around the holidays (it’s the only time I go out of my way to make time to do it!). This classic recipe (courtesy of Nestle Tollhouse) is definitely my fave! To make it you need 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 sticks of butter, ¾ cup sugar, ¾ cup packed brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 eggs, and 2 cups mini chocolate chips. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the baking soda, salt, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs with a handheld mixer. Slowly add in the flour (a small amount at a time) and mix. Once combined, add in the chocolate chips and mix together. On a greased baking sheet (I opted for parchment paper instead), place cookie dough balls approximately 1 ½ inches apart and bake in the oven for 10-11 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow them to cool. Serve with milk!
