This is a very sneaky (and delicious) way to get your kiddos to eat their broccoli! Broccoli and Cheddar Nuggets will quickly become a family favorite in your household (even amongst the adults). To make them you need 1 bag frozen broccoli, 3 eggs, 1 cup Panko, 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, and ½ teaspoon salt. broccoli-cheddar-nuggets Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Next, pulse the frozen broccoli through the food processor until slightly creamy. broccoli Combine with eggs, Panko, cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning. Use a spoon to place small scoops of the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Press down each scoop using the back of a fork, into a nugget shape. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
