Thanksgiving has always been a big holiday for us. Side note: I was actually born on Thanksgiving in the middle of my mom’s meal that she spent hours preparing. So you could say it’s one of my favorite times of the year. And because I love the holiday and getting into the spirit of things, I’ve always made a point to celebrate the holiday in our home. This year, though, we’re doing things a little differently.
Between the move to Colorado and traveling, things have been majorly switched up and I’m just trying to catch my breath at this point. We still want to celebrate, just in a more simple, easy way. Enter: Boston Market Thanksgiving Home Delivery.
We had the Whole Roasted Turkey Meal for 12 delivered, which includes a whole roasted turkey, spinach artichoke dip and crackers, mashed potatoes and gravy, homestyle stuffing, cranberry walnut relish, dinner rolls, pumpkin pie and apple pie. Let me just say, it was a ton of food and so, so good. If this isn’t exactly what you want, you can always make tweaks and additions to create a unique Boston Market Heat & Serve meals menu that fits your family perfectly.
Because we had our meal delivered, Zelda didn’t get to help me in the kitchen like she usually does on Thanksgiving, so I got creative on how to keep her involved. But you guys know I love doing that. I grabbed some art supplies from our existing craft cupboard and asked her to make a little favor for each place setting. She was so proud of how they turned out and talked about them the entire meal.
As for the rest of the tablescape, I recycled a lot of our Halloween decorations. I carried over the brass candlesticks from my spooky mantel and grabbed some pine needles and leaves from our backyard. It was finished off perfectly with Zelda’s bedazzled favors on top of each plate!
All in all this Thanksgiving cost $119.99 – including the tablescape! Does it get any better than that? Let me answer that – it doesn’t.
I hope this info takes some stress off of you and that Boston Market Thanksgiving Meals can help you have an amazing day filled with love, gratitude and really good food!

Cute! I love the favors Zelda made too! My daughter’s birthday falls on Thanksgiving this year, she’ll be turning 4! Do you have any tips/memories on how to make the day extra special for her? Thanks! ?

One thing my parents let me do to make the day special for me was every 4 years when it would fall on my birthday they would be me pick a second main course to go with turkey. I would always pick crab legs and shrimp but it could have been anything! They would also always have my birthday party the weekend before everyone left town to make sure people could attend since it is such a busy time of year. While she is a bit young for those ideas they will work when she turns 8! Happy Birthday to your little babe! xoxo-
