We have been having all kinds of fun creating different smoothies in my house! The one that is on regular rotation is this Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie. It only requires four ingredients and is a sneaky way to eat vegetables. (Not that I need to sneakily feed Zelda veggies–girl was eating raw kale by the handful when she was three years old.) This smoothie is my go-to when I need a healthy snack, but don’t have time to put together a full meal. It’s also the perfect treat for when we are deep in craft mode. Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothies

  • Yield: 2 Smoothies
  • Serves: 2
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Cups Milk
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend on high until combined.
  2. Pour into your favorite glasses and serve with a paper straw!
