I was once told I have an olive skin tone. So flattering, but so NOT true. In an attempt to save my skin from sun damage, I use self-tanning lotion regularly year-round, specifically Sublime Bronze by L’Oreal. It’s idiot proof and looks so gorgeous on! I’ve been using it for almost a decade now!

I never go anywhere without my lip gloss. Any time of the year it helps keep these lips moisturized. Nothing worse than dry lips!!

For the summer makeup can feel heavy especially for those of us that have a little more to conceal than others. So for my makeup to stay on and not sweat off instead of a liquid primer on my eyes i use a stick concealer on my eyes and lips. It not only helps show the true color of makeup but it stays on for several hours as well. I also swear by having my eyebrows threaded its a great trick for full time single moms like myself 🙂

I swear by my Clarisonic. It’s def the #1 tip I’d give anyone. Invest in this little gem- it’s a skin saver!!

I take Fish Oil daily. It helps to keep my skin moisturizer from the inside-out!

Looking for a go to fix for dry and brittle summer hair? My hair gets dry from heat styling and swimming in chlorine filled pools during the summer and I am always looking for a remedy to make it soft and silky! I found that coconut oil left on the hair (mostly at middle to ends for 5-10 minutes) can not only revive hair but is also organic and leaves the hair smelling lovely! Stay beautiful!

My favorite product ever is Laura Mercier’s tinted moisturizer. It’s great because it’s lightweight, so it blends with your skin tone perfectly and at the same time covers up any imperfections. It’s my foundation and moisturizer all in one. 🙂

I have LOTS of freckles that multiply big time in the summer! I never leave the house without my moisturizer w/sunscreen!! Oh, and any lipgloss I have in my bag!!

The quickest way to polish off your look is just subtly filling in your eyebrows with a brush! I use a thin-angled brush and an eyeshadow that matches my eyebrow color and lightly fill in my brows. It quickly pulls my look together and isn’t over the top, I do it everyday since it only takes a few seconds.

I am not a big fan of a lot of makeup in the summer. For a quick, light weight fix, I use Physicians Formula Happy Booster powder and a little mascara. The best summer combo!
Emily
I wash my face twice a day with Simple products and never leave home without mascara!
Sarah White
I never leave the house without mascara, concealer , and lipgloss. If i don’t have enough time to do my makeup those are my essentials. I can even out my skinntone with the conceler and make my eyelids pop. I can use the lipgloss on my lips and checks for a little color if necessary. The mascara really opens the eyes and can even be used to line the eyes! My current favs are Cle de Peau concealer, Peter Thomas Roth Lashes to Die for, and Chanel Rouge Allure.

As a hairdresser I tell all my girls to keep their hair moisturized in the summer months! Even your hair needs sunscreen to protect that fab color and cut!

One of my favorite things is to have a touch of glow a la JLo!
So what I do is get some liquid bronzer makeup and I mix in one part liquid bronzer and 2 parts foundation for that summery glow.
If I want to just do my body- mix in a small bit in your body oil gel and liberally put all over legs, décolletage, arms, back and even face. Then you can fake the “oh, I just got back from St. tropez” bronze look.

Life is too short so enjoy all the summer you can!

Hey Corri! My fav beauty tip is for the ladies with slightly thicker thighs like myself. A little deoderant between the thighs helps with chaffing and any discomfort rubbing may cause. Thanks for all ur tips 🙂

Honey & Sugar scrub for the face. I warm up a tablespoon of honey and then add some sugar.
Wet your skin first and then use honey & sugar to exfoliate. You will have baby smooth skin!

My feet and legs are always so dry at the beginning of summer. I have two options to fix it. I can find the time in my busy schedule to go to the beach (that’s a day trip to Chicago) or I can use sugar. I buy a bag of sugar every year, and it’s not for cooking. I rub the sugar on my shins and feet twice a week. This exfoliates and keeps them smooth and clean. You can do the same at the beach, but use sand. Be sure to lotion up when you’re done! Otherwise they dry up again.

Wash your face often everyday, you feel and look better!!!!!!!!!
Oh, and always smile 🙂

In between eyebrow appointments, I apply concealer around my brows to cover up any hairs.
