I’ve never made Homemade Juice before and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought this was going to be really difficult and it wasn’t at all. I don’t have a juicer and really didn’t want to invest in one. I did a little research and found out I didn’t need a juicer to make homemade juice. All I had to do was pop the ingredients in my food processor and then pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. I used a spatula to squeeze the juice from the pulp. It was so easy! I might be late to the juice game, but I’m so happy I figured it out. Full disclosure, the last juice I made turned out more like a smoothie but it was still delicious!
