This summer snack is a great treat to give yourself in lieu of candy! These yogurt covered raspberries are the perfect frozen snack to cool you down, and it will satisfy any cravings you may have for something sweet.

To make them you only need two ingredients – raspberries and vanilla Greek yogurt. BAM! They are literally as easy as 1-2-3!

Yogurt Covered Raspberries

  • Raspberries
  • Greek Yogurt
instructions
  1. Place the Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Next, use a toothpick or skewer stick to dip each raspberry into the yogurt.
  2. One at a time, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat this process until you have used all of your raspberries.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the raspberries to freeze completely. This will take several hours. Once frozen, remove them from the freezer and indulge. These are especially tasty on a hot day!
