I love entertaining, and this watermelon and burrata crostini is one of my absolute favorite things to serve my guests! The best part (besides the taste) is that I can whip these up in under 10 minutes. It’s super refreshing and perfect for summer. I love enjoying this while sitting on my patio with a glass of lemonade!

To make this you need olive oil, burrata, a baguette (I highly recommend getting a fresh baguette from La Fournette), arugula, and watermelon. Start by setting the oven to broil. Next, cut your baguette into slices, approximately a 1/4 inch thick. Then, cut the watermelon into thin slices and set aside.
Final2
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the baguette slices. Lightly brush the top of each slice with olive oil. Place in the oven for approximately 2 minutes or until the baguette slices are lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and spread burrata over each piece.
Final3
Place the arugula and watermelon on top and finish with your favorite toothpick. I found these gorgeous ones on Etsy. They add the perfect amount of sparkle to the dish!
