Spicy Guacamole is served on the regular at Morgan Hutchinson’s house, and with something this delicious on the menu, we can see why her daughter Olive Bee is a spicy food addict! The best part is that it’s simple and quick; to make it you need 2 soft avocados, ½ red onion, ¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice, 1 jalapeno without the seeds, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, salt and pepper, and a dash of Louisiana hot sauce. Begin by mashing the avocados with the back of a spoon or spatula in a large bowl. Next, dice the red onion and the jalapeno (remove the seeds) and add to the mashed avocados, mix well. Combine with lime juice, cayenne pepper (to taste), garlic salt (to taste), and salt and pepper (to taste). Add in a dash of hot sauce and mix. Serve with tortilla chips at your next Southwest inspired family dinner!
