When you don’t have the time or the patience to make (or order) a pizza, Pizza Crackers are a quick and delicious alternative. I’ve found myself eating these much more frequently than I should, but I can’t help it, they are just so addicting!  To make these you need smoked Dutch Gouda and garlic cheese crispbread crackers, marinara pasta sauce, shredded mozzarella, and frozen broccoli.
Pizza-Crackers
Begin by setting your oven to broil. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a small spoon to cover each cracker with marinara sauce. Then, top each cracker with shredded mozzarella cheese and half with thawed frozen chopped broccoli.

Place in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Enjoy by yourself or with friends!
