Over the last year I’ve really been trying to make a conscious effort to eat healthier options. This can become a real problem when all I’m craving is pizza, like ALL the time! Enter pita bake. This has been an awesome alternative to my usual thin crust with pepperoni and cheese. Packed with veggies, this perfect meal has the vitamins and nutrients I need to hit the spot.
