Brownies are healthy when they are gluten-free and contain a piece of fruit, right?! That’s the way we are choosing to view these because they are so delicious. To make these kid-sized morsels you need gluten-free brownie mix, ½ cup melted butter, 2 tablespoons water, two large eggs, and raspberries. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a mini cupcake tray with cooking spray. Next, in a large bowl, whisk together the butter, eggs, and water. Add the brownie mix and whisk to combine. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake tin. Place a raspberry on top of each cupcake and bake in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes. Allow to cool and serve to your little ones!
