Her favorite thing to make with her babes? Popcorn! It doesn’t get much easier than that and we can totally appreciate simplicity when you have two tiny babes. We decided to step up our popcorn game with a yummy spin and infused it with cotton candy and blue and pink chocolatey goodness. And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without sprinkles on top!

SUPPLIES

Cotton Candy Sprinkle Popcorn
  • Prep time: 10min
  • Yield: 6-8 servings
ingredients
  • 1 Package Marshmallows
  • ¼ Cup Blue Candy Melts
  • ¼ Cup Pink Candy Melts
  • Blue & Pink Cotton Candy
  • Sprinkles
  • White Popcorn
instructions
  1. Place 6 cups of popcorn in two bowls (3 cups per bowl) and set aside.
  2. Place 8-12 marshmallows in a bowl and microwave for 20-30 seconds, stir. Add the melted marshmallows to one of the popcorn bowls and stir until combined. Add in the blue cotton candy and then flatten on a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat this process with the other bowl of popcorn and pink cotton candy.
  3. Place the blue cotton candy popcorn back in the bowl. In a separate small bowl, melt 10-15 blue candy melts, stir and add to the blue cotton candy popcorn mixture. Mix until coated and place back on the parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat this process with the pink cotton candy popcorn and pink candy melts.
  4. Combine the blue cotton candy popcorn and pink cotton candy popcorn together in a large bowl. Top with sprinkles and mix together until combined.
